My best pass overall, but 60' is usually at least low 1.3's. hoping that a leaner and meaner tune up gets it back down after a recent converter change. Will know soon!

To:
.116 nos / .110 fuel / 5.75 fuel pressure

It was rich before, the starting line video shows a lot of black smoke down the track and the plugs were rich. Still - ya think my move is too much to safely try???????????????

I'm only gonna get one run for sure, in fact I'm gonna have it on the trailer by the time the show up to yell at me. Next year I'll get legal.

Did a little street R&D tonight. Worked up to the .120 nos jet / .116 fuel with 5.0 fuel pressure and 1050 bottle pressure. Ended up with 26.5 total timing.

Does not seem rich or lean - might be just right! Hard to tell doing partial runs on the street.

Today it went 9.394 @ 144, tire smokin 1.40 60' , spun through 1st. For the 1st time ever since fixin' up the old slapper bar suspension had a traction problem. Slicks are old and it bent the hell out of both the bars on the launch, so with some simple changes, there's hope for a low 1.3 60' again, I think.
