Basically like any real cylinder head, you need pistons for the chamber and valve layout/angle, head studs, and a set of shaft rockers. Brodix makes a cast intake for these heads as well. Nothing too crazy. Everything is readily available for the heads. Any more questions, let me know.

What else ya got for BBC. I'm completing a parts inventory for my 496 build-up. Still need a crankshaft, cam belt drive, alternator (100 amp min.), electric water pump, and tall valve covers. Everything else is pretty much sitting in new in the box waiting to go together. I could use a better set of heads, but I'm not after that last 5 horsepower that some people quinch for. Lemme know what ya got or can get. Thanks and have a nice day.
