I'm rebuilding a 81 Z28. the car is going to be a street/strip car (70% street/30% strip) I've got the front sub-frame out and stripped. My question is what spring/shock combo should I use? I want as good of weight transfer as possible and still be able to drive the car to around town. Also, is their any benefits to switching to tubular control arms?

THE MOROSO TRICK SPRINGS AND LAKEWOOD 90/10 SHOCKS WORK GOOD AND RIDE FINE ON THE STREET.AND WORK GREAT ON THE STRIP.
And the tubular control arms is more a matter of preference. you can make it work with stock controll arms. global west is a nice setup for street use. trz motorsports has the nice race control arms.the trz are lighter chromoly verse mild steel.
