Strange double adjustable rear shocks

Which knob is for extension and which for compression. One is plastic the other is a knurled aluninum.

I can't find tech/instructions on their website and I have misplaced mine.

I have had the same question... My strange double adjustable have 8 settings on one side and 16 on the other side. Mine are several years old though.. My buddy just got some new double adjustable strange coil overs and his has 10 and 8 settings.

The side with the most setting 10 or 16 in my case is what? Compression or Rebound?

Side with 8 settings is which? Just to eliminate confussion.. ( i hope.. lol)
