what is the best way to get over spray off cleared carbon fiber sheet ?
or any cleared surface for that matter? thanks

Some compound and a rag or buffer should work...

you can try naptha that is colman lantern fluid try it on a rag lightly wetted with it
we use it to clean up 2 tone lines and overspary in the door jambs.
other than that just like okibono said rubbing compound and a rag by hand.
