Need Help making 4-link for camaro

I'm getting ready to make a 4-link for my 2nd gen camaro and I was just wondering if anyone had suggestions on the coil over part of it. I dont know if i can just use coil springs and shocks or if I have to use coil overs. Any help on the subject will be great thanks. also if anyone has dimensions of the bars and spring size/rate that would be a lot of help.

Need more info, tire size, rear end type, weight of car, projected E/T, HP and trans? Ed-Vanced had a link on set up that was pretty in depth.

tires 295/50/15 gm 8.5 10 bolt goin to get a posi and 4.11 gears, weight is approx, 3700lbs, projected et with spray is about 11.60 HP is 475 motor w/ 125 no2. th-350 tranny.

I think you will be going through a lot of wasted effort for that ET range and at that weight with a 10 bolt and TH350... just my .02
