I would try either the new Q16 or C-DRT, i have used them both and picked up over C-16.

David, I ran a NA motor all my life until this year. The DRT is a good fuel, easy to tune and is not hard on the engine or fuel system and made around 10hp more than C25. I would not buy more than you will use in a few months. C46 is some of the badest fuel out there but it's hard to tune and if your off on the tune it's hard on your engine, we picked up around 22hp with it. Don't know about the new Q16.

I've been using DRT all of this year... we have switched over to Q16 which I will be testing at Milan tomorrow. If you need VP fuel let me know.

I waited all day and got one pass... Saturday sucks at Milan. I was running DRT and was going to switch over to do an A-B comparison but was not able to. Air was good, we went 8.85 with 1.29 60'... can't wait to try the new fuel. I'd buy the Q16 and give it a try, plus it's cheaper than DRT, unless you call Bruce Sneed and he makes you a smokin' deal on his DRT. I'd take him up on the fuel deal.

I'll sell the fuel to ya for $180...that's 6 bucks a gallon for 30 gallons. Nothing wrong with the fuel I just don't need it.

I would take Bruce up on his offer. Then when you run out I would go to the Q16. We have been having awesome luck with the Q16. It just picked up a NA 4.60 1/8 mile dragster 8 hundredths. There was one person trying it in Super Gas at the US Nationals, and he won. His first win. It is super consistent for the bracket racer. A well known turbo radial car has picked up significantly on the Q16. It is hard to go wrong with this fuel. Plus you get an extra large tuning window because of the high oxygen content and it's vaporization charactaristics. Good stuff.

Jason,

Can you tell us what we should expect to pay for the Q16? I know it varies depending where you are located, but can you give us a ballpark figure.

It is the same price as C16. That's the way we set it up. I know it's expensive, but if you can get a tenth or more it's worth it. So far it is one of the most impressive fuels I have seen in the 9 years I've been here. Give it a shot, you won't be disappointed.

I just tried some and picked up almost a tenth over C25. It liked 5 jet sizes larger.
