intake base??

i bought the edelbrock glidden intake, the two piece one. where can i find a base and which one should i use? i heard the bow tie base is better then the edelbrock one? but i have no idea.

I never use them.

I prefer to make a sheetmetal base... and if you need a distributor you can get a little creative back there and maybe make the valley tray at least 1/8" thick for structure.

ok. i have ZERO fabrication skills, and ZERO tools to make my own. do you have one your looking to get rid of? if not where can i find a base?

If you dont mind using a used one i would go ebay, and you might find a new one also. might save ya a few bucks..
