Converter Re-stall.....Where to?

turbo spline 9.5" converter from Art Carr.....was setup stalling ~4500 on the nitrous.

Going turbo, would like to tighten it up to ~3500.....any recommendations where?

Im not sure if what your asking would be possible knowing the potential of a turbo. If the 9.5 converter is made to too aggressive, you may have to start spooling now so you can make a pass in the spring.
Its really quite a deal to get the turbo combinations right for a raceable setup. The most common converters used for turbo combinations are 10"+ diameters.
