hutch, i'm engageing the transbrake but it doesn't disengage, does the car need to be running for this or is something else going on thanks

if it's a pro brake without a spring in the spool valve it'll need to be running for the oil pressure to push the solenoid back out.Sportsman and some pro brakes have a spring so it returns without running the engine...

Yes some brakes do not have a return spring and rely on oil pressure to blow the valve and solenoid out. I think its a poor design.
