Oil on plugs

When I shut down the car going through the lights I get a good bit of oil on the plugs. Does this necessarily mean there is a problem? This is running a single fogger.

There is just a little oil on the plugs if I drive the car back. Also, I am running an external wet sump with a new moroso enhanced version vacuun pump drawing 16" of vacuum. C & A rings.

Hard to tell here. A leakdown test would tell the tale.

i have seen intake gaskets leaking and pulling oil in,has happened to me a few times
