Blow down tube

Hi, I was wondering how strict is Sparta about blowdown tubes? Are they a must or do they tell you to have it on next time :D. I remember @ Milan a friend of mine was told to make sure he has it next time he comes, and Milan is in general a lot stricter then Sparta.

I used to have a nitrous kit on my car last year and I had all the goodies with it, but have since sold it. Now I'm borrowing a kit for the shootout and it doesn't have the blowdown valve and tube on it. They're not too expensive just don't want to spend $50 on something I'll use for 2 days.
