what kind of rpm limits should I expect to see with a hyd roller and 15 to 20 lbs of boost(400 cid )

I would guess in the 7000-7500 range for a hyd. roller. Spun my solid roller to 8000+ all day.

It'll depend on what spring pressures you're running, rocker arms, lobe profile, and whether it's still making power there or not.
