turbo start questions

i have 2 red wet turbo start batteries....
i want to purchase 2 agm turbostart sealed batteries....new style

i have the old blue/white case turbo start charger.....can it be upgraded with some sort of chip ? to work with the new style agm batteries or do i have to buy the new agm charger?

will the new agm charger work with the old red style batteries?

I did this a few years ago, so dont quote me on everything. Yes you can use the old blue charger with the new AGM Batteries. You have to get the instructions from Turbo Start or look on there website( if they have one). Basically you take the cover off the charger and reset the voltage start and stop points to work with the AGM batteries. There is no chip, the chip is for the newer style black chargers before they went to AGM. I know you can do it, just dont remember everything to tell you.
