My 482" BBC is approx 12.5:1, has iron heads, and turns around 7200 RPM. I plan to use either VP C-12 or Sunoco Supreme depending which track I go to. Most runs will be N/A. Would the two mentioned fuels work with a small shot of nitrous? If so, how much could I safely spray?

I wouldn't spray much more than 200 or so on Supreme. I have had guys spray 300 on C12 and it lived fine. Just make sure you follow the nitrous company's recommendations for timing and plugs. It should work fine.
Thanks,
Jason

Does the C-12 or Supreme tune any different than C-16? Things like need more retard than normal or run richer, stuff like that.

You'll have to run a few jets richer and probably pull a degree or two more. C16 is the best choice for a small nitrous shot. 300 or under.
Thanks,
Jason
