What are the symptoms of a fragged converter?

Irratic 60 ft's ,mph changes,noise , stall speed loss or gains are just a few.
What are your symptoms and maybe I can narrow this down a little.

After a night of racing(about 5 or 6 full passes), I proceeded to unload my car from the trailer, and I had no movement in any of the gears. Was told by a guy that it sounds like I have lost a converter.

Thats not a common way of having a converter crap out. What trans are we talking about here. Have you checked oil level ,linkage etc. Was everthing ok when you were finished racing.

Turbo 400 absolutely everything was fine the fluid level was and still is fine as also the fluid didn't smell or looked burned.

I would pull the oil pan ,check the filter and linkage. If everything there looks ok then you will have to pull the trans and check it out.
