what I get from that formula from the post in the nitrous page is 6385.8 rpm I go trough the traps at roughly 7500 on the hose and the motor dosen't sound or feel like its dropping rpm at the 1-2 or2-3 shift but i see it on the tach so it sounds to me like i'm driving trough the convertor what is the best fix for this or should i leave it I run drag raidals so could it be helping me get out of the hole being so loose? thanks

The solution is a different converter combination. There are many ways to set up a drag radial car's power management and I have no idea what your combination consists of so it makes it hard to really pass judgement.
It sounds like you have a converter that is more suited for the motor combination alone but when on the nitrous you are increasing the torque output of the motor past where the converter can couple.
The tighter converter may make the starting line slightly more difficult to get a handle on but I think the mid and downtrack will pay off.

What diameter converter do you have now, are you leaving with the nitrous or is it delayed. What launch rpm are you using. What is the current actual stall speed of the converter now. Max engine rpm and shift points.

my convertor is a 8 inch I'm leaving on a 3 tenths delay before the nitrous hits I come off the break at 4800 rpm. i'll have pull the chip out to see what the convertor goes to but I shift at 7100 rpm max rpm is set at 8000

A 9" converter would work very well using that launch sequence without upsetting the car in any way, It may actually settle it down a little. By looking at your avatar, taming the launch down wouldn't be as interesting but may help the ET and mph slightly.
