my car stalls at the end of the track/ please help

carb is 850 holley totally rebuilt/ heat shield between carb and intake. car will stay running if i pump the throttle after i let off at the end if i dont it will stall. i would appreciate any help. thanks.

Maybe the float level is high? It could be spilling out the vent tube under decel. Try a rubber hose hooked from vent tube to vent tube with a hole cut in the top of the rubber so it can still vent.
