I heard today driving to work that some guy in Minnesota is suing the governement because they wont give him a permit to carry (he already has a gun permit). He is stone cold blind, cannnot even see the gun in his hand. Oh well, I hope he wins the case. It makes sense to me. Then people that are deaf and dumb can file suits aganst the feds because they are not allowed to be FAA Air Traffic Controllers, and parapalegics can sue because they are not permitted to become school bus drivers.

You do realize that it's just an ID card, right? It gives the holder no rights other than saying he has a clean criminal record. It's just an extra hoop firearm owners have to go through up there.
