I have the new Digital 7 pn# 75301 on my car. It is a new true 10.5 car with no wheelie bars, and 1400hp. Oh yeah, it's stock suspension and 3500#'s. I wanted to get some tips from you guys about how to use the box to tame the car down on the starting line.

How much timing should I pull out initially to control the car on th starting line?

Also, and other tips will greatly be appreciated.

Thanks,
Kevin

I have done one of two things. One is to lower the 2 step RPM. Two would be to remove around 5 degrees of timing for around 1.5 seconds. This will depend on how much you chassis and tire will handle.. Please remember I did this with an EFI and adjusted the fuel to the timing...

Ok, but I don't see how changing the 2-step RPM would calm the car down that much when you're spraying with no delay. It just seems like the RPMs would climb up so quick with the big hit of nitrous.

Also, will there be any backfires or anything else like that if I try to pull the timing all the way down to about 18degrees to help it leave. It's a conventional headed bbc.

Thanks,
Kevin
