I have had my trailer about two seasons and am guessing maybe 15,000
Open trailer

Two of the tires seem to be more worn than the others and the tread is kind of weirding out.

Wondering if I should change all four and if I should switch to radial while I am at it.

Any advice?

It depends on the tire. I've had some blow right away and some last a long time. I would just replace the tires that look old. Make sure you keep them inflated properly too. That will help.
