Armored Car Robbery

Anyone been watching this video of the armored car robbery down in Florida? Is it me or was that the worse shooting by a human being possible? I mean the car he was supposedly shooting at had to be less than 10-20 feet away max and he was hitting the ground in front of him.

Or am I looking to much into it?
