Car has a Painless 12 circuit harness.....all are full. I need a couple more +12v circuits that are only hot with the ignition on.
I was thinking of wiring a 30A relay from the battery to a terminal strip or fuse block. Then turning the relay on with a wire from the ignition switch. That would give me several places to hook up accessories that are only hot with the ignition on. I need to wire maybe 4-5 accessories all of which are fairly low amp draw (ignition box, elect. shift valve body, tach, oil accumulator valve).
Is this the proper way to do that? Easier / better way?
Thanks
Craig
