top end lean conditon

do you think a fuel filter could cause a a fuel volume issue at the top end past 900' it is a 1000+ hp na bbc with the proper fuel system areomotive pump proper size lines etc sorry for the lack of info.......................

Sure it could. Has it always been an issue or just recently started? Could be several things probably.
