Wheel to Wheel Powertrain Outlaw 10.5 - Clutchless weight penalty 100# reinstated for 2007. After some reevaluation and input from drivers, we have decided to reinstate the rule from 2006.
Liberty’s Gears All Motor - As discussed in the Fall 2006 meeting mufflers can not be gutted. They should be used as manufactured. Insert mufflers are not allowed. Collector mufflers are fine.
Holbrook Racing Engines All Motor Tuning Challenge - The averages are computed be taking all of the runs the driver has made and adding them together. That number will be divided by the amount of qualifying passes that were offered. Decals will be available at the track.
