does any one know power differents in headers and stock manifolds for turbo ls1???? seen ohio boys at milan friday they had truck manifolds on camaro. any info would help

Stenod has built both types. Unfortunately the cars that get them have also been significantly different. We do run headers on the larger setups but have never looked at a swap from one to the other to measure it. The headers should change the power band and the efficiency because of the exhaust pressure differences and a number of other factors.
