Urethane Bumper Question

Is there any trick for modifying or stretching a urethane bumper when the quarters have been stretched for taller tires?

I have a 2002 camaro and stretched the rear wheel wells.A friend of my brother and mine has a body shop and he is gonna let us use is gun that he uses to repair plastic bumpers and fenders.
