I was at Target sports in Royal Oak about three years ago, there were a couple of thugs about four lanes down from my friend and I. When we walked in we couldn't help but notice that they were doing the gangsta shoot, you know the gun sideways. After a while of trying to determine if it was funny or sad we looked over and saw one of the jackasses loading the magazine by holding the brass part of the shells with his sweatshirt. No fingerprints here my friend. That was slightly alarming, all in all it was kind of funny.

One of the guys i use to work with told me a story about him and one of his friends. They went to a sporting goods store to buy some ammo, after they made the purchase the clerk at the store said "is there anything else that you gentleman need"and the friend said " do you guys sell ski masks". The friend starting lol then they both left the store.

Well mine doesn't have the same humor as you guys story does but I will share it anyway.
I was Sergeant at the time probably around 96-97 time frame. We were moving from the 300 meter line to the 500 meter line and the shooter I was coaching was wearing glasses. As we were moving, his glasses fell and broke the frame rendering him pretty much blind from the 500 meter line with no glasses.
When we get back there to snap in on target he says he can't see the target which is actually in my favor. I ask him can he see or make out the number board below the target and he said he can see it barely.
I told him to split the difference aim 6 inches above the number board, and start banging away.
Kid hit 9 out of 10 bulls-eye and was range high shooter that week.

My brother and I went to the range one time with some of his WWII stuff. He had a nice BAR (A2) that he put a earlier trigger group (WWI) in so it could fire single shots. I wasn't real sure of the selectors proper position and when I pulled the trigger it spit out six or seven rounds in a heartbeat (full auto is a no-no at this range). I said let's get this back into the car's trunk before there is trouble as I saw a club officer running across the yard towards us. I was sure he was going to throw us out, as he was holding his chest from running so hard (he was old and overweight). I told him I was sorry and he said "No no do that again"! He then went to his car and got a whole lot of 30-06 and we had a hell of a time!

Back in 2000 I owned a Car Dealership with 2 life long friends..... one day going to work (65 miles from my house) I took my youngest son(Jason)...... Because we were good friends with the Police up there we could use the Police Range. My youngest really wasn't into cars and my buddies were going to the range.... I asked if Jason could go with them as he hated the car biz then. (I wasn't concerned as they are avid hunters W/Police help) Well after a day at the range another friend told me my buddy wouldn't take Jason anymore because he out shot him

Okay I see you guys are looking for stories with humor but truth in them. Okay.
Once again we were at the range when I was a coach, and we were at the 500m line. 500m line is where all the excitement is on the range.
My shooter got down into the prone position, and snapped in. Targets came back and his target went down before he shot "hey coach my target dropped" alright if it comes up a bulls eye we'll keep it, if not we'll call it in" target comes a dead center bulls eye, before he aims again target drops, "coach" "let's see what it comes up saying" another bulls eye.
Finally the shooter next to us realized their body alignment was jacked up after 5 shots and they were shooting on our target. So we returned the favor, both shooters qualified, everyone went home happy.
