Does the low compression with 500HP of nitrous change what fuel you want to run??
My current setup is a NOS Pro Plate with 460 spraying thru it. Still haven't hit a ceiling with the amount of spray the motor will take so it will climb past that soon.

I run a 266@.050 cam with .766 lift 112L/C so cylinder pressure isn't that high N/A with 11.66 compression. The motor only runs down the track with nitrous. I have never had any issues but sometimes wonder what is the "right" fuel for what I am doing.

I would recommend C16. I think it would be fine in a single stage 500hp application. I do have quite a few guys in the Kentucky OSCA running the VP NO2 in the single stage apps with no problem. It will take quite a bit of spray. Good luck.
