M-4 in semi-automatic version with all the bells and whistles.
Might try to get a FFL and get me a MP-5K. Every since I seen Executive Decision, I have wanted one.

A good M-Forgery is hard to beat.

The only bad part about it, man the mods can get expensive. I tried both routes becasue I knew this question would come up again later.
I bought an old regular 1911 no bells, no whistles, it cost 200 dollars. Had it modified for 800 dollars and it shot even better. Had the Tritium sights added, 16 ounce trigger, match barrel, buffer, spring, full length guide rod and it topped out at around 1600 dollars after all was said and done.
My Wilson 1996A2 was the first line of guns Bill Wilson did himself that were not old Springfield blanks, he actually CNC'd the slides, upper and lower, all match components and sold it for 1367 dollars in 1997. I went back a few months later and bought one of his modified Springfield 1911's(the one you like Monty) and that gun ran me 1795 in 1997. it had all the bells and whistles, checkering on the front strap, full length guide rod, match barrel.
If you are going to spend big bucks on these things two things I tell you.
1. Buy from a reputable dealer especially if you are going with a custom pistol.
2. Get your butts out there and practice. Practice drawing, practice failure drills, the whole 9.

Don't pay to have a pistol setup for left hand. Doesn't make a difference. Ask Monty.

Its an Ar 15 thats left handed. Cost the same as the right handed model as well. Ill probably end up going with a right handed model and just get the ambidextrious selectors and what not.
I actually prefer my pistols to have the mag release on the defualt side. I have small hands so its easier and more comfortable for me to use my index finger to release the mag rather then my thumb.

I'm only finishing up existing gun projects. I have a couple of AR projects in progress, I need to get a free float tube and then I can finish assembling my 22" 65 Grendel AR upper. I'm also building a 10.5" 6.8 SPC AR upper, the barrel has been ordered and the BATF paperwork should be going out soon. My custom reloading dies came in the other day for my new 100-200 yard benchrest cartridge, waiting on another barrel and the red cedar stock to come back from the maker.

I think Im going to find another .22 for my boys. we had such a great time with the WalMart special I have, I think Im going to buy something that could hit a can @ 100 feet. LOL.
for me, I might be looking for something that will hit that can @ a LOT farther than 100 feet. that cannon that girl was shooting @ Iron Sights was pretty nice & her groups were TIGHT.
