chevy Ralley stripes

does anyone have the measurments to lay out a set of ralley stripes any help would be appreciated i will be laying these out on a 65 chevelle if it matters...................Thanks Glenn

you can check with national parts depot, they sell a stencil kit for strips.

thanks blown with the big cowl i didnt want to take the chance of the stenceil kit not working i was helping a freind out probably spent less that the kit costs to do the whole job this was my first attempt and it deffinately takes alot of patients (sp?) and for a days worth of work the results are acceptable (not perfect) but I'll be repaiting the car after this race season anyways....................Glenn

strips came out real nice.Did you use the striping tape or is that individual rolls of 1/4" tape?1 roll of 1/4" fine line I cut little squares of the tape to use as guide to space the 1/4"between the black stripes and then removed them (guides)after i layed the other stripe down. If trying this have another roll on hand.I wouldnt use pin stripe for mask because it would be difficult to remove ..............Glenn

Hey 68 you should have used fine line thats what I use every time beats the bleading from masking tape .The fine line is also the proper thinckness for your spacing .In the future I may try the stencil kits though looks alot easier .
