Got a procharged outlaw 10.5 car here and thought we would do something a little different with the exhaust.Every time I see a blown car at streetcar events they have the zoomies replaced by a collector muffler.I always liked the look of a zoomie but mufflers are required.I haven't seen anybody do something like this tell us if you have. They are not done but they should look killer frenched in to the fender and rocker.

Look like mufflers to me. Those should look cool when they're done.

Looks like they turned out sweet Billy! The roving makes 'em look excatly like a muffler. That stuff has an organic binder that is good to about 850C so it should'ent burn out or anything either. Its used as the insulator for conveter cones. Can't wait to see them on the car!

Yea - I should have told you to wear some gloves! If you get slivers of that stuff and they are like impossible to get out!
No problem on the collector; I'll have to bring the laptop up & we can get the concept down and go from there. We could have a shot at tuning the headers (length & diameter) if ya want to..........would take a while but we can give it a shot. I would need some pretty in depth details of Dave's engine though!

the zoomies he had on it before were individual mufflers.the bigdog rules changed because they thought it was an advantage for him to have the zoomies, even though it wasn't.just another tutterow rule change to try an slow him down.

I was out there last night and saw them on the car. fuckin' awesome. It was my first time at the shop and I wasn't sure if it was an art gallery or a race car/chassis shop. Billy is amazing. Not to mention a really cool guy. Great work guys.
