So what do you guys do when you run alcohol on a turbo setup..... for keeping the tranny fluid cool? I used to have my transcooler enclosed in a box and had a line from the intercoooler run ice water to it. But am doing away with all the intercooler and water cell. So what can I do to keep the trans temps in check? Any ideas?

Usually the alky/turbo combinations spool much quicker and the temperatures are not nearly the problem as with a gas deal where spool times are high. Some guys that use a liquid/liquid trans cooler just make a bigger cell to contain the trans cooler and fill it with ice before every run.

Jeff..... I already have one of these units. I had mine made locally though. I wanted to find out what the alky guys were doing. I think I am gonna try Hutchs idea of not using the icebox cooler. I am just gonna mount a fan on a really big cooler and see how that works for now.
