Another piston ring question

I have been using Sealed Power rings and I think the part number is R-20109-45. I can't find any info on this ring package. I'm pretty sure this is the correct part number. I have a 4.168 bore in a sm block chevy. Is this a good ring set? Also what does the ' 45 ' stand for?

The 45 is .045 over std bore of 4.125. 4.125 + .045 is 4.170 for file fit to a 4.165 bore.

Part number comes up for .043, .043 - 3mm ring package. Don't know the radial thickness.
