What wheel should I buy a 12" or a 14" ..What is the advantage of the 14" wheel on a 10.5 W I see a lot of Guys running it ...Thanks

14 or 15 inch would be my choice. The wider the wheel the more of the contact patch of the tire is being used. Good idea would be to beadlock the wheels also at speed the bead of the tire would try to pull away from the wheel.

I run a 12" because they told me they would only mount it on a 14" if is was beadlock... they said they have seen them pull off a 14" bead even when screwed.

Run at least a 14" wide rim. Some of the cars run as wide as a 16" rim. I have pictures of my car at speed with the 14" wide rim. The tire contect patch is flat. I think with a 12" rim the edges of the contact patch would curl up at speed causing the tread with to get narrow.

The tire do'nt grow as much at the big end ,can I get away with a non beadlock 14" wheel???

Greg Blevins used a 14" non-beadlock wheel for a few years.If your gonna buy wheels buy a 15" beadlock.No sense buying twice.

[i have wheels and tires brand new last spring rears have 10.5 they have 3 passes they are american racing pro series trakstar they cam off 69 camaro810-798-8150
