what is the best way to check stall speed

hello Hutch just wondering what is the best way to check my stall speed of my converter? I have been told to be in 3rd gear about 10-15 mph stomp it thanks

That is one way and the other is using the transbrake . Just don't do a WOT test for more than a few seconds.
