Whats involved in being set up as a VP dealer? Every spring, a bunch of us buy a barrel or two depending on funds. And in the summer, it turns into a "buy a 10 gallons every week or so" deal for everyone.

Whats the minimum amount of barrels?
Does it all have to be the same octane for the minimum?
Price breaks for over the minimum?
Just need a DBA, or Fed ID number?
Any special shipping concerns?
Any special handling/storage concerns?
Any governmental restrictions (NY)

Storage of open drums? Just through some nitrogen on top to blanket the fuel? Or what about dropping one of those Ficht fuel catalysts in there?
