Another which fuel to use question

I have a 489 BBC with iron heads and flat top pistons so compression is around 8.5:1. I plan on running a big shot plate with probably 175 to 250 jetting. What fuel would you suggest I use? Thanks for the help.

As long as you are safe on your jetting you could run C12. If you want to get aggressive with timing and lean on it, I would use C16. It will run slower on motor with C16 but on spray it should haul.
