im wondering if i would be able to run a vortech v-1 trim
right now i have a 383 shortblock with -5cc flattop pistons the block has been zero decked with a .043 head gasket and a 76cc head would give me 9.7:1 would this be to high to have the supercharger on the motor to run pump gas

I run 11 to 1 compression on pump gas for the street with no trouble at all. It's all in how you control your boost and timming.

I am running low comp.(7.8) , with 16# of boost and 29 degs.thats no intercooler and pump gas and 835 hp....:) :) :) :) OLDHEAD
