What flywheel is being used when using a turbo 400 and a LSx? I know the crank offset is different than the gen 1.

Meziere, TCI, Reactor and several others all make a SFI approved flexplate for the LS1. The flexplate has little to do with the trans. For a TH400 you have to get a converter that has a pilot that is 3/8" longer. Add your midplate thickness to that as well if you're running one. You probably can't space out the converter 3/8" because it needs to go in the back or the crank to align it.
