My car is a stick car........My problem is i want to be able to engage the line lock and the 2 step at the line at the same time.......sounds easy enough...BUT...my burnout rpm is higher then my launch rpm.....so i would need to operate the line lock seperate from the 2-step during the burnout
How would i go about making this work together as well as seperatly.

One way you could control this would be to interrupt the Burnout signal with a toggle switch.
In the burnout you would have the toggle switch on; witch would supply a signal to the Burnout rev limit.
After the Burnout, turn the toggle switch off, now you can use line/loc and will not be sending a signal to the burnout rev limit and the clutch switch will send a signal to your Launch RPM..
I hope this helps
