im currenlty running .024n and .028f with 5.25 psi and 925 psi bottle. can the sportsman fogger go to a .028n and .032f or is the solenoids too small. tired going to .028 squared like nos says at multiplr fuel pressures but still way to rich even at 4.75psi fule and ran slower

You have those jets mixed up? If .028 squared is fat then how is .024N and .028F not fatter??????

If the sportsman fogger is the #16020 (I think that is the right number) solenoid, I have been told that the largest jet useable is a 32 jet. This is the same solenoid as in the motorcycle kit #3008. But I will add that I use the black poly lines which may be the limiting factor:confused:

sportsman fogger is only good or a .028 jet IIRC....probally wrong...lol

if the solenoids are changed to the super proshot will the hp rating rise or are the nozzles etc limiting the system also

I have never seen a nozzle that was the limiting factor in a system (within reason, like .040's or smaller).

It is usually the jets and the feed lines (would need a -6 AN from the bottle to the y-block instead of the -4 AN at some point).

There is a formula to determine the area of multiple jets. You need to see what the area of the jets you want to run add-up to and see if it is smaller than the orifice of your solenoid.

Since you have two solenoids and 8 jets, you just need to figure-out the area of four jets and compare that to the orifice on one of your solenoids.

The formula has been on here before, I don't know it though. :(
