I am currently running c-14 but next year i am going to step to a bigger motor and more compression.currently at 14:1 new motor 16:1 what would be a good fuel to run since i am running hot street with the car and they have spec fuels.also what would be the difference between c-14 and c-25? Thanks Jeff

p.s. also in this motor with no spec fuel would there be an advantage to DRT i heard that c-44 would be the ticket but at the price i can't seem to bring myself to use it.

I would run C14 plus in your application or C25. The C25 should be about 3 to 6 hun faster than the C14 plus. The 14+ is a 117 motor octane and loves high RPM and compression.

I would try the DRT when you don't have rule restrictions. I belive it will be just as fast as the C44 at a fraction the cost.

Also look at Oils. We make a 0 and a 3 weight that they use in Pro Stock. It is good for 30 or so passes. It has no alcohols in it so it should perform the same all 30 runs.

Thanks,
Jason

Mind you we sell at straight retail out of here. Your dealer will be able to help you on pricing deals. DRT is approximately 225.00 a drum higher than the C14+. You can buy in smaller quantities though. 5, 15, and 30 gallon drums. I'd give it a whirl sometime. Here is my experience with DRT over C16. This was a 600inch ford with a sheet metal intake and a single dominator. Just switching fuels, no jetting or timing the power went from 1130 to 1150. I'm sure with some tweaking you could get maybe 5 more or so. It was worth 8 hun. in the 1/8 mile to this particular customer. It was in a 4 link rail though.

The oil comes in 1 gal and 5 gal containers. The RS10-3rt is the 0 wt. and the RS21-6rt is the 3 wt.
