Is there anything I can mix up and put on my plants to kill these cock suckers?

anything you use to kill rabits will kill dometic animals also.
the problem is they mate like crazy. maybe you need to live trap them and relocate them

Go to a hunter supply place, or go online to Cabelas, Gander Mountain or Bass Pro Shops, and order some Fox Urine or Coyote Urine, and spray it around.
Crossman Air Rifle with a scope works well too.
