SNAKE IN MY WILWOOD

I pull my car out to work on the rear suspension today and found a 4 foot snake had become entagled in my rear Wilwood brake caliper. I thought it was a thick rope at first until it moved. It's head got sucked up in the caliper and rotor.

I had a car on a lift at the tech shop we had at work... it was about 2am, and a black widow spider egg hatched and started raining itty-bitty black widows. (the underside of the car was infested with the adults, and I nuked 'em with Brake Cleaner earlier that day).
After dispatching all the little spiders, I decided to really hose down everything--all the nooks and crannies. About a can of Brake Clean later, I was hosing down some tight spot, and a baby rattle snake shot out at my head.

I decided to call it quits at that point. Things like that are a lot less unnerving when the sun is out.

I just pulled the motor out of a crown vic and a snake came crawling out of it. I threw my tools and took off screaming like a little girl. lol Now all my buddies and my wife make fun of me and say the snake is living in my race car.

A guy I know REFUSES to pull his chute in his dragster at the track now. Absolutely refuses.

One day, he piled the chute up, put in in the seat, and jumped in. He could feel something squirming, as he got to the time shack. Killed the car, got out, and there was a 30" water snake caught in the chute ! PRICELESS!

The way I understand it... A Cotton Mouth IS a Water Mocassin... We see'em frequently here in Florida, but they always run, and dont chase... Unless you corner one.... That's a NO NO...

Again, pile of shit in the trunk....after searching the car, we found a kitty riding shotgun with me up in a rear wheel well, in the trunk ! I jacked the car up and layed underneath. I thought it was a rope that had got wrapped in the hub.........until I grabbed it realizing ropes don't move on their own!!!!
