I've never had a problem but sometimes he is just plain old busy.
I can tell you that Jay is very busy or was everytime I talked with him. It may take him sometime but if he got your E mail or message he will call you back.

I made a post in here. I come back and it is gone.......
The gentleman from GR, MI sent me the sheet again. I had never seen it before. Not sure why, but who knows? I spoke with him via the telephone twice over the weekend. He's handled.
I am very busy. I take my time with EVERY customer. Whether it is a hyd street cam or a CU cam, everyone gets my full attention!

No internet since Turkey day.
I made 1 call on Friday and 2 on Saturday.
No I am swamped.
