i was reading one of ur replies that is in a different thread about n2o cams and i noticed u state this...

"I am more of a small(er) cam guy and spray it less to go faster. I do it all of the time."

so i got to thinkin maybe u are good person to ask about my cam
my specs are this.its a 400 ci sbc,heads are brodix 11x flowin around 330 w/2.10 in / 1.60 ex
duration -

now this is definatly not an all out n2o cam but im thinking the same as you stated.. small cam run better n/a and small nos go faster.. is this an ideal cam to fit that statement ?
im not sure if i want to make this a pump gas motor or not but im thinkin 11to 1 on the compression..

Don't do pump gas with this.

Now.......

I would rather see a guy run a cam like this vs some of the *NOS* cam specs I see listed. The problem I see with this is it doesn't have enough Intake to Exhaust split for the engine to accelerate hard. In a case such as this, lift is your friend. I'd rather see you up around 700-720. 10-15 degrees more on the exhaust. An IC of 109-110 and an exhaust center of 113-114.

The hold the phuck on.

If you own the cam, RUN IT! If you don't, get a touch with me. I can help you out with this one.

Thanks.
