I have a good ground system in my car, body shell to frame in 2 places front and rear frames wired, engine to trans ground, trans and engine to frame, I have seen some guys running a ground from the fuel cell neck collar is this a must or just an optional safety.
Thanks

If it is a plastic cell, then you must ground the steel collar (fill cap area). This is to help get rid of any static electricty. Tech usually will not let you run without a ground on a cell
I hope this helps
