I have been working with MSD on this one. Joe Lapelle @ MSD said that you had done alot of R&D for them. I am using CO2 on both sides of the gate (HKS GT2) with 20 psi on the lower and 70 psi on the upper. To make things easy I just put my boost curve at 25 psi across the board. I will only make peak boost bumbers of 14-17 psi. I made my "I" number max of 5 so it would correct as much as it could. I also raised my "P" values to make it more aggressive and that just seemed to delay boost off the line, leaving more lazy then the pass before. This same combo made an easy 25 psi last year before I switched to this controller. Any ideas?

you should take the co2 off the bottom of the gate and go to the engine with that and just use the co2 to control the top of the gate for best results.

How does CO2 work into wastegate control?
