Hi, for some odd reason I keep blowing the gaskets from under my bonnet and spacer. I was told that possibly my bypass valve isnt working properly or even installed correctly. this is the stock valve that ati sells...is there a right or wrong way to install these? It looks like I can hook it into the system either direction . does it matter which way the fapper valve goes? I had vac to it and it does move but not to full open...is this normal as well?? For reference my blower is a little p600 and only making 6-8 lbs boost. Thanks!!

You can adjust the amount it opens, it seems like there is a alan screw on top .
Also do you have it hooked up under the carb to direct manifold vac?

What is the part # of the BOV that you are using?

Is it the big red BOV like the one in this picture?. We just added a second one because on this application the one alone was not enough to bleed off the boost (24lbs) fast enough.

Hi and thanks for the replies guys. Yes my bov was not opening all the way because of the adjustment screw holding it to only 1/4 of its total opening. I readjusted it and it even drives different now(must be because theres less air at low rpms....seems to run richer) but either way I did find one major issue thanks to you all!
